Dean is the senior member of the Trust Authority.  He was originally appointed to the Trust Authority in 2002 and again in 2007.  He is currently a Member of the Trust, but has previously served as President and Vice-President.

Dean is the President of Automated Business Solutions, Inc. and has been designing and programming business applications for over 20 years.  He has worked with industry leaders in the heating and air conditioning, auto body parts manufacturing/distribution, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries.

As a volunteer of Special Olympics, Dean coached handicapped people of all ages in sports such as basketball, softball, and floor hockey. He has always been active in federal, state, and local politics.

Dean studied computer science at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and holds several certificates for continued computer training.  He lives in Cleveland, Oklahoma, with his wife and two children where they are very active with school and church activities.
